SHINE BUDDIES:
Shine Buddies, you will be paired with an honored guest for the night. Get to know them, laugh, dance, and enjoy the night with your new friend!
FLOATERS:
Floaters, you are the utility players! Instead of being paired with one honored guest, you will be able to mingle around and meet all the guests. Your job is to build relationships, bring the fun, and be flexible in case we need you to serve in another role.
ACTIVITIES TEAM:
Activities Team, you will be the gatekeepers of fun! You will host karaoke and other fun activities for the honored guests to enjoy!
RESPITE ROOM TEAM:
Respite Room Team, you have the honor of serving the parents/caregivers of the honored guests. While the honored guests dance the night away, you will connect with and serve the parents/caregivers to give them a night of rest and community. There will be live music in the Respite Room.
CHECK-IN TEAM:
Check-In Team, you will be responsible for checking in volunteers, honored guests, and caregivers. After check-in, you are welcome to serve in the role of floater or respite room attendant.
FOOD PREP TEAM:
Food Prep Team will assist with caterers in setting up and serving the food.
PARKING TEAM:
Parking Team, it all starts with you! You will help direct traffic, but more importantly, you will be serving as greeters in the parking lot. You set the tone with your smiles outside since you are the first ones seen!
