Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. Join us for a night full of fun as we dance the night away, sing karaoke at the top of our lungs, and crown our honored guests princes and princesses of the night.

Floaters
Floaters will be trusted to initiate conversations, encourage, and spark joy with those attending Night to Shine. Floaters may also be asked to help fill other roles if needed.
Activities Team
The activities team will be elevating the fun with games such as: corn hole, karaoke, connect four, and more.
Respite Room Team
The Respite Room is a place where parents/caregivers can rest, relax, and connect with each other. Respite Room Attendants will be responsible for loving on these caregivers, talking with them, and making sure refreshments stay stocked in the room.
Sensory Room Team
honored guests may need a minute to get away from the noise, or spend their whole night in the sensory room. The Sensory room team needs to be people of patience that will love on, sit with, and talk to the honored guests, helping make it a night to remember even if they aren’t on the dance floor.
Food Prep Team
The food prep team will be in charge of one of the most important things at Night to Shine: making sure everyone is fed! Food prep team will assist caterers with setting up the food before Night to Shine as well as replenishing/serving food and drinks as supplies are needed.
Check In Team
There will be a team that checks in honored guests and buddies and pairing them together. The other check in team will help all other teams check in.
Parking Team
The Parking Team members are the first faces seen at Night to Shine. You will create a welcoming environment by parking cars, smiling, and engaging with all guests. The temperature for the night begins in the parking lot!
Red Carpet Team
The Red Carpet cheerleaders will line the red carpet and make each honored guest feel like a king or queen as they enter Night to Shine. We will give a grand welcome with cheers, smiles, and confetti.
The Red Carpet team will only be present for the Red Carpet entrance. If you would like to stay and serve the whole event, you must sign up for another serve team.
